How to solve missing Outlook problem?

First solution – Make sure that you are using an updated version of Outlook

• First of all, you will have to click on Outlook Help menu and then choose the option for Microsoft Office Outlook.
• Then you will need to verify the version along with the build number in order to update the version.
• After that, you will have simply update the Outlook version and check whether the problem is still there or not.

Second solution- Make outlook as default email program

If you are using Outlook 2010 or 2013 then follow the below-mentioned steps

• First of all, click the File tab
• Then choose Options
• After that, click the startups options and under this option, you will have to make Outlook as your default email program.

If you are using Outlook 2007 or any early version then follow these steps:-

• First of all, you will have to click on Tools and then choose Options
• After that, choose the Other tab option
• Finally, in the General settings, you will have to select the Make Outlook the default program for email checkbox.

Third solution- Edit the mail profile setting in windows

• For using this solution, you will have to first close QuickBooks.
• Then click on the Windows button at the bottom left corner of your screen and choose the Control Panel option.
• Now, in the Mail option, you will have to click Mail in the result screen.
• Then, choose the Option Show Profile.
• After that, simply click on Ok in the profile and then on the other Ok option.
